

Ladies! It's time to stop crying and get going!
If you want to work out, have a great time and lose those extra pounds in 2010, come to the Women's Fitness orientation on Monday, January 4 & 11, 2010. If you have not been weighed in and measured, please arrive at 6:00 PM. If you have completed your weigh-in and measurements, please arrive at 7:00 PM.
Due to the large turn-out of women, we will be offering two sessions, one at 6:00 PM and at 7:00 PM. We'll be meeting in the ALFC Youth Gym every Monday night beginning on January 18, 2010. Personal trainer, Naomi, will show us how to exercise and develop better eating habits. The person who loses the most weight at the end of the year will receive a great prize. This program is absolutely FREE! So, come on and join us for our weight loss challenge!
